As leaders, we have a responsibility to ensure the people around us feel both welcome and included. And we have to remember that for each person, what inclusion looks like may be different.

We might not even be aware of it in the moment, but the impressions we make can last a lifetime. We are making an impact in the way we choose to live, the way we choose to work, and the way we choose to lead.
